As a result of emotional challenges and traumas in life, we become disconnected from our true/authentic self. In order to sooth and manage the pain this causes,
we form certain behavioural patterns or coping mechanisms which become entrenched in our lifestyle. We can use the bodies symptoms and conditions, to map patterns of dysfunction that put pressure on particular areas of the body.
We can look at our illness, health issues, and addictive behaviours as problems to get rid of, OR ask
“What is life trying to tell me?”
The body tells us everything. From the symptoms and patterns of dysfunction, we can find psychology and behaviour patterns associated with these allowing the body to communicate with us and teach us what it is they require to move them towards health and healing.
Empowering you to transform..!
Very few people have a good understanding of their illness or emotional state. Helping a client to understand and recognise the root cause and the drivers behind long held patterns empowers them to be able to release themselves from these patterns and remove the stresses on the areas of dysfunction in their body.
All that is required is commitment and compassion
to self.
