This November 6th - 12th we have the Global Crystal Bowl Symposium here in Cambodia at Angkor Grace Wellness Resort.

It is an absolute honour to be asked to come over to Siem Reap Cambodia to work a Angkor Grace Wellness Resort.

A big thank you to my dear friend and mentor Susie Nelson-Smith director of Crystal Sound and Light Institute and Elaine Younn owner of Angkor Grace Residence & Wellness Resort for the amazing opportunity.

Susie and Elaine have collaborated to create Amazing Grace Sound Temple here at Angkor Grace. I will be running the Sound Temple and performing Sound Healing’s here at Angkor Grace as well as offering Kinesiology and Sports Therapy Kinesiology at Mahalaya Wellness & Spa also here at Angkor Grace.

I will be here for the next three months but now I’ve arrived and experienced the energy here and how beautiful Angkor Grace is, don’t be surprised if I am here a little longer.

It was an honour to facilitate my Somatic Workshop and Sound Healing at Clontopia’s Healing Vibes 3 day Healing Retreat.

The theme of this workshop was:

“Building a Relationship with your Body.”

After some education on somatic work I guiding everyone on a “Body Scan Meditation” before a powerful breathing technique I’ve developed for my clients in clinic called,

“Conscious Moaning Breath”

Where we used the body’s own vibration to tune into emotions stored in specific areas of the body calling for attention.

Then dropping everyone into a deep, healing and musical journey playing my 14 Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.

What an amazing weekend filled with amazing healers facilitating some powerful sessions, great music and beautiful organic food grown and prepared on the Clontopia Property.

Big Thank You to Ness and Mike for holding this magical weekend on their property Clontopia, to all the facilitators and musicians.

I can’t wait to come back ❤️

The heart chakra in Nepal is open..

I love this place… The Nepalese people are so beautiful and have such big hearts. I feel I have unfinished business.. 🥰

Lord Shiva Statue in Pumdikot, Pokhara
The Hindu god Shiva is such a boss, he is a creator.. Ganesh, Shiva’s son who is a protector is constantly rotating around Shiva on this 51 meter high statue.
The statue sits on top of the hill Pumdikot overlooking Pokhara 1500 meters above see level. Yes in Nepal, 1500 meters elevation is definitely a hill.

Shanti Stupa Pokhara also called Peace Pagoda.
Shanti means peace. The Shanti Stupa Buddhist shrine is a World Peace Stupa built as a symbol of peace.
The Stupa sits on the Anadu Hill, 1100 meter above sea level and also over looks Pokhara with a fascinating view of Phewa Lake and the Annapurna mountain ranges.
There is an amazing sense of peace and what an opportunity to mediate with the monks and experience a drumming ceremony…

Hiking to Pothana..
Although we only had time for a short 2 day hike, what an amazing experience.. Lots of steps, amazing countryside, villages, people and views of the Annapurna Mountains..
You feel quite in awe being up there. The experience makes you realise that you are part of something bigger than yourself…
Staying in Pothana and sharing time with the locals just shows what life’s really all about…

Chitwan National Park Nepal..

Beautiful jungle and amazing animals. The national park and all the animals are now protected by the military to stop any poaching which is a good thing..

The Jeep tour wasn’t really my thing, being squashed into the tray of a Jeep with the other tourists. I preferred walking in the jungle with our own guide but this is not allowed deep in the jungle.

Also I maybe crazy but not that crazy, there are Tigers 🐅 deep in the jungle. Seeing the Rhino up close the day before is one thing but I don’t think I would like to come across a Tiger 🐅 on foot…

We didn’t see a Tiger or Leopard but another close viewing from the Jeep of a smaller Rhino 🦏, we saw Crocodiles 🐊 on our canoe trip, a Toucan while on a walk and lots of Monkeys…

Our guide called me “Crazy Man…” 🤷‍♂️

We saw a large wild Rhino bathing in the river in Chitwan National Park Nepal..

It got up and started heading our way..

After the others retreated and I went in closer, the guide followed me but stopped and hid behind a tree..

His words to me as I chose to go in closer “Get ready to run” 🤣

Kathmandu, first stop in Nepal to visit some of Nepal’s sacred temples.

Nepal is the birthplace of Buddha.. First temple we visited is Bouddha Chaitya. Bouddha Chaitya is one of the holiest sites in Kathmandu for the Buddhist community and the largest Buddhist temple established in Kathmandu. First built around 600 AD. It is considered a centrepiece of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. Eyes of Buddha are placed on the tower which is said to symbolise awareness.

Pashupatinath is one of the most sacred Hindu sites with a number of temples located on the bank of Hindu’s holy river Bagmati. Only Hindus can enter the main temple. The site is filled with amazing architecture and art. Public cremations run 24/7 and all Hindu people living in Kathmandu will be cremated here..

Swayambhu Chaitya also know as the Monkey Temple I’m assuming because of all the monkeys at this temple, is one of the most sacred temples for both Hindu and Buddhist populations in Nepal. It is located on the top of a hill in the Kathmandu valley, west of the city. This site is huge and you can see views on all sides of all of Kathmandu.. Swayambhu was built by King Manadeva in around 460 AD and is known as one of the oldest religious sites in Nepal.

What a day of education and understanding of the history of so many beautiful spiritual beliefs, stories and ways of life…
